During Employee Selection, Take a Look in Mirror

Have you looked in the mirror lately? A well-groomed person might say, “Sure, all the time.” But have you really taken a hard look? If you are like me, the hustle and bustle of a busy day means even when you do look in the mirror, you don’t really pay attention. Companies often get so busy filling that next role that there is no time for reflecting on the need.

As a company it is important to take a look at yourself every now and then. If you are struggling to find the right candidate, maybe it is not the candidate pool that is the issue.
